How to Take a Quiz on WGU

Quizzes are not usually part of WGU's course structure, however, you may encounter one while working with a WGU client. To get this task done, you'll first have to:

1. Login to the WGU student portal
2. Enter the course you're working on
3. Click the "Assessments" tab

Once you do this, you'll see this screen:

NOTE: We did not have an example of a quiz that hadn't been taken for this article. Please be mindful that some things might look different for you since you're about to take the quiz, while the images here show a quiz that was already taken.

Each quiz in the assessments tab will show you how many questions the quiz has, the time limit, and the number of attempts allowed (red square). It also counts with a breakdown of topics the quiz covers (click "Competencies" to see). Once you take your quiz, you'll be able to see if you passed or not, and every attempt you take will be recorded until you manage to pass (blue square).
